Are you finding difficulty slowing down after a day at work? Maybe you're grieving the loss of a loved one? Are you finding yourself unable to fit nature time into your weekly movements? Hi, my name is John Theodore Martello, and you can call me Teddy. I'm guiding walks in the Baltimore area; I would love to have you along.
Ease into a nourishing space and let your heart guide you in search of the natural environment's simple pleasures. Enter into a supportive social setting where you can put your mind at ease. Following the motto "the forest is the therapist, a guide open the doors," I am offering invitations for you to come into tender relationship with nature in your own way. As a group we'll be walking slowly noticing what we're noticing. With each invitation, you will find a safe place to experience the healing powers of being in nature. Our individual experiences are shared with others, allowing each participant to narrate their own story. Tea and snacks served at the end; a nice way to foster community while honoring the land.
I am currently not guiding walks due to Coronavirus COVID-19. I am currently tending to my local community at this time. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
