Growing up Pam spent every summer at her family cottage in Maine, playing in the woods, swimming in the river and rowing for miles in the old aluminum rowboat.  Pam was a caregiver for her mom who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and on the tough days, it was a walk in the forest that kept her grounded.  When her mom passed in the summer of 2016, it became a turning point and that same year she went on her first Forest Therapy walk and knew this was for her.  Pam completed her training at Mt. Greylock, in the Berkshires of Massachusetts with Cohort 13, and became a certified forest therapy guide in 2017. Pam joined ANFT as the Practicum Coordinator in 2019. She brings with her over 30 years of administrative experience.  She is the main contact for mentee's by setting up the framework for each Cohort communicating and offering support to the mentee's as they go through their practicum.
