COVID-19 Pandemic Response

Free Forest Therapy Walks in support of Front Line Health Care Providers

These walks are offered through the generosity of independent Forest Therapy guides, trained by ANFT, who are donating spaces on their virtual walks. This is an international initiative of ANFT to provide forest therapy walks for front line health care and other caregivers to help cope with the stress of COVID-19.  ANFT has provided this page as a central place for these guides to list walks.

These are virtual walks, typically offered using ZOOM. They are offered at no cost to health care providers. During the pandemic many of our guides have become experienced at guiding virtual walks and have found that they offer similar benefits as live walks, according to participant reports. These benefits are primarily related to stress reduction and feelings of rejuvenation. Registration links are at the end of each listing.
