The Canadian Ecology Centre (CEC) is a not-for-profit outdoor education facility, located within beautiful Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park along the historic Mattawa River.  Located along a geological fault line, you will be surrounded by the beauty of the Canadian Shield, mixed wood forests and various lake and river water systems to explore.  Rich in history and culture, the CEC is situated on the unceded territory of the Algonquin and Metis peoples and is close proximity to the Ontario/Quebec border.

Just a short distance north of Algonquin Provincial Park, the CEC provides an ideal location for dark skies, wildlife viewing and many outdoor recreational opportunities.
